I was feeling low. I could not feel His love. I told my little sister about it and we both wondered if God really loved us all. I was young then and so was my sis. We both decided to get this straightened up. We were in the roof/ terrace of our house. We saw that the sky was clear. You must come to Chennai in summer and you will know. There was not a tiny patch of cloud in the skies and it was already dusk. I said let’s ask to God to prove us His love. And my little sister then too young, asked me how. I said let’s ask God to send us rain if He truly loved us all. And that was what we did. We said our small prayers for God to send us rain and prove us His love. We looked and looked but there was no cloud at all. We waited and waited till it became dark. No clouds, no rain. So I and my sister, both brokenhearted, went down. We did not tell our mom and dad, fearing they would laugh. Then I went to my bed, praying in my heart – “Lord why don’t you love us? Why is there no rain?” Just then I heard something outside. I ran to see what it was, and guess what, it rained! I could not contain the joy. I cried out to my little sister. She came running out and we both laughed and laughed. We told our family that night, we told them – “Jesus loves us!” .
Yes that night, He heard our prayers and showed us His love for us. Some would say you were testing God which is not right. But I believe God honored the true desire of two little girls who wanted to know His love. Today I am a witness of God’s Love in my life. God has blessed me and He will bless me even more. He has blessed my little sister and He will bless her even more. He will bless you who are reading this and He will bless you even more. Don’t lose heart. You don’t have to wait for signs from Him. Just remember, Jesus truly, madly, deeply loves you!

. So I decided to choose one among the 5. It was a difficult decision to make. I finally took up the offer of a world class company. This was the same company where 4 former U.S. Presidents had worked, including President Abraham Lincoln (He is my all time favorites). Jesus has blessed me abundantly in this job. For your information, soon after joining the company, I received an award and a double promotion. The CEO of the company joined the company on the same day I did. God has blessed me in every area of my career. I would be ever grateful to Him for this. Our God does not show partiality. If He could bless me this much, I am sure He will bless you more than that. Only believe and ask Jesus, and He will bless you in all walks of life. All glory be to our Lord Jesus Christ.
